We continue working on the mentorship skills of our super mentors! It is being a great experience for all of us and both trainers and trainees are feeling that this week was very productive and constructive to capacitate all the participants in the field of mentorship competencies. The fourth day is being dedicated to the following themes:
- Collaborative partnerships
- Constructive feedback and validation
- “Solution-oriented” meaning and approach
