One of the proejct objectives is to prepare a training course to capacitate partners staff to become Mentors that will dynamically establish, follow and animate support teams of peers.
The ACADIGIA Mentor will have to lead, accompany and mentor groups of teachers, not only in being more autonomous in their online pedagogical practices, as well as in their confidence and ability to teach other colleagues new skills. Our Mentor will have to possess a relevant and meaningfull set of skills related with the use of digital tools in education, but also associated to mentorship.
